Football Training

Our coaches are UEFA’B’ / FA Level 3 qualified coaches or hold a degree in a related field and so we provide specific skills training alongside prescribed physical activity in order to maximise fitness and to reduce sarcopenia.

Lose the Calories

We have no calorie counting or set diets, our Nutritionists will guide you on how making small changes to your diets will make a significant difference to not only your weight but your overall wellbeing.

Personalised Online Support

Every participant will be assigned a personal Nutritionist so that you can chat one on one. They’ll support you, give you great advice, and help you to achieve your weight loss goals.

Nutritonal Approach

Unlike traditional diets you will not go hungry whilst participating on our programe. Our scientifically proven structured nutritional approach will reduce cravings and help keep you on track.

Meet the team

Mark Cortnage

Co-Founder

A Senior Lecturer in Public Health at Anglia Ruskin University, Mark holds a MSc in International Public Health Nutrition and a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition, he also holds a PGCert in Higher Education and a National certificate in Sports Studies and is a qualified personal trainer. He developed a specialist food programme (football and nutrition for men) that has no calorie counting, calorie deficit or portion control. 4 years of research has proven long term weight loss and maintenance is possible.

Steve Morgan

Co-Founder

Steve has been a professional coach for over 20 years, firstly specialising in Football. He gained his UEFA’B’ / FA Level 3 at the age of 21 after a career ending injury and lived in USA for the first 8 years of his coaching career. Steve progressed on to Primary and Secondary school National Curriculum based sports coaching, creating a business that assists in the development, wellbeing and physical activity to over 2000 children per week in London and surrounding counties.
